Once you have booked your appointment a Client Information form will be emailed out, to be completed as the first part of your consultation.
Parking for the clinic is either on Queen Street or Commerce Street, Please do not Park under the Vallen Fitness Sign.
When booking appointments if you can’t find a slot that works for you drop me a message and we can look at extra availability.

The best sports massage I’ve had! I’ve had shoulder problems for years due to my job and recently has got worse since being pregnant and breastfeeding my so . I’ve been to a few sports massage therapists but with Mitch it instantly provided relief. He clearly has a lot of knowledge and understanding and this definitely shows in the results.
