Mitch is incredible! I had a calf injury about 10 days before a half marathon so booked a sports massage. Mitch worked absolute wonders and loosened it up massively. He also followed up afterwards to see how I was getting on. Went out on a test run a few days after and my injured leg felt absolutely fine. Can highly recommend!

Trying not to repeat myself…… but it’s hard when you just want to praise someone who provides more of the same professional service. The pain I experienced in my lower back and hip went from about an 8 or 9 out of 10, down to about a 2 after my first visit. It crept up to about 4 as the week progressed so today I had my second visit. During my treatment I heard & felt the strangest ‘clunk’ deep within my left side. Mitch explained in terms I could understand that he had found an area that was knotted and he worked on it to release it. Fast forward 50 minutes and when the treatment was finished, I can only describe that I felt like a jigsaw piece had been put in the wrong way and Mitch had taken it out and put it back in properly. So looking forward to starting regular maintenance visits.

It's hard to find a good physio and I'm pleased to say Mike is an excellent one. He listens well to what your symptoms are and gives detailed info throughout the session. Overall a great experience and will be heartily recommended.
