Once you have booked your appointment a Client Information form will be emailed out, to be completed as the first part of your consultation.

Parking for the clinic is either on Queen Street or Commerce Street, Please do not Park under the Vallen Fitness Sign.

When booking appointments if you can’t find a slot that works for you drop me a message and we can look at extra availability.

Mobile appoints available on request (additional costs may apply).

I visited MH Sports Massage after suffering from prolonged neck and shoulder pain with very restricted neck movement. I had already seen two doctors and a physio but unfortunately didn’t get any real relief.

After my session with Mitch, I noticed a clear improvement in my neck movement, which allowed me to ease tension in other areas and finally find some pain relief. The difference was noticeable and very encouraging.
