Once you have booked your appointment a Client Information form will be emailed out, to be completed as the first part of your consultation.
Parking for the clinic is either on Queen Street or Commerce Street, Please do not Park under the Vallen Fitness Sign.
When booking appointments if you can’t find a slot that works for you drop me a message and we can look at extra availability.

Mitch conducted an in-depth consultation prior to treatment to figure out exactly where the underlying issues may be.
